Kevin also has extensive experience assisting clients with sophisticated mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, and has advised on multiple billion dollar public company mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin holds a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.S. in Economics from Louisiana State University. He lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife and two boys.
